I’ve done both group fitness and personal training for a few years now and this course finally showed me how to bring a more 1:1 training style to my groups. Right away the focus on making strength and power more accessible was great. I had struggled to figure out how to do that without having a barbell for each participant, or how to scale power/plyo movements when there was a new person in the group, or someone dealing with knee pain or just being new to exercise. Now I have a huge toolbox and a really sound framework for delivering workouts & programs so that clients and groups can benefit from building all the characteristics into their workouts to achieve a higher quality of fitness and capability for life!
