If you train older clients, this course is really awesome. It always frustrated me that “older adult fitness” looked so lame – light weights, minimal equipment, and just overall treating the client like they’re fragile and past their prime. I have a handful of clients in their 60’s and 70’s and they still want all the things my younger clients do. Strength, power, function, the ability to do all kinds of cool stuff in their lives like pickleball, hiking, travelling, building projects, etc. This course gave me exactly what I needed to train my clients of all ages the way they need and deserve.
