THE CURRICULUM

Mobility has been a hot topic for years in the industry, with many courses and workshops dedicated to improving your mobility. So why would we add another to the mix? Because we have the education team that has taken many different flexibility, stretching, mobility and movement courses and can distill the information into a useful and applicable framework where you are STILL TRAINING, vs just working on mobility. When adding mobility, it’s just that: ADDITIVE. The principal framework of the PPSC is to get STRONG. And too many people think that getting strong and getting more mobile are exclusive, when in fact they can absolutely be additive! Our mobility certification will teach you how to incorporate mobility to move better, feel better and function better. And it will teach you how to do that without stopping your normal training and losing the strength and conditioning gains that too many other mobility and flexibility programs unfortunately cause you to lose.

You can watch the two day course live on September 10-11, then you will have on demand access to the materials for 90 days. There will be ongoing support for the event participants in a private group on the educational platform THE MIGHTY NETWORKS.
