The online intensive provides the following benefits:

• instructional videos are prerecorded and you can work through them at your own pace. You have access to everything forever.
• you follow a progressive 8-week kettlebell focused program so you can see how the skills progress each week
• you partake in live training sessions with our instruction team
• you don’t get physically BLASTED over one weekend, since it’s split up over 8 weeks.

Time Commitment

• 2 hour live coaching lecture + 1 hour live workout. Tue 2p est, 2 hours. thursday 2p, 1 hour.
