CERTIFICATION CURRICULUM

In Part 1, you’ll learn how to assess mobility and identify possible ways to improve your training and longevity.
- Clarify the range of motion needed to be a healthy, performing human (not a circus performer like many “flexibility” programs.)
- Prioritize around your training, your goals and the time you want to spend – and use the same assessment process to quantify your improvement over time!

In Part 2, we cover all the soft tissue and stretching techniques that we use in the Pain-Free Training system.
- Soft Tissue Work – expand on the basics (foam rolling) with the trigger point ball and vibration & percussive tools
- Stretching Techniques – move beyond static and biphasic stretching with banded, assisted and PNF techniques

In Part 3, we dive into mobility-focused corrective exercises. These ensure new range transfers into the training session.
- The sequential application of corrective exercises after mobility work creates better motor control and translates new range of motion into your training
- Finally resolve nagging weakness and chronic pain in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, low back, shoulders, neck, elbows and wrists

In Part 4, learn our go-to methods for incorporating mobility into the workout. Exercises for functional stability and loaded mobility unlock better movement quality.
