OVERVIEW
The 2-Day Lifelong Performance Programming Specialist Certification is the blueprint of how to program for your clients. In this 2-day, 16-hour certification course, attendees will learn the 6 physical qualities that EVERY person needs to train, and how to put those pieces together in a program that leaves nothing out.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe that every client needs to challenge and improve the following characteristics every single week in order to optimize both health AND performance:
- STRENGTH
- POWER
- HYPETROPHY
- CONDITIONING (CARDIO)
- MOBILITY
- ATHLETICISM
The problem we see in the industry is that many (if not all) programs out there are HYPER-FOCUSED on one characteristic at the expense of the others.
While these focused program may be ok to run for a short period of time for someone with a specific goal, the reality is 99% of our clients are GENERAL HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE CLIENTS who need to challenge all 6 of those characteristics every single week.
EVERYONE should be prioritizing health FIRST.
This certification will clear the noise and help you understand how to successfully program all 6 characteristics into realistic workouts for clients of any age, level, goal or training scenario (including 1-1 sessions, small group training and larger classes.)
We’ll break down each characteristic what it is, and what it feels like to train in properly. Why it’s important, and how it helps improve health, performance and longevity metrics.
Plus we’ll give you actionable ways to include them into a program for 2-3z per week clients (aka our bread and butter!) via our 6×6 method.
