The 2-Day Lifelong Performance Programming Certification is the blueprint of how to program for your clients. In this 2-day, 16-hour certification course, attendees will learn the 6 physical characteristics that EVERY person needs to train, and how to put those pieces together in a program that leaves nothing out.

EVERYONE should be prioritizing health FIRST.

This certification will clear the noise and help you understand how to successfully program all 6 characteristics into realistic workouts for clients of any age, level, goal or training scenario (including 1-1 sessions, small group training and larger classes.)

We’ll break down each characteristic: what it is, and what it feels like to train it properly. Why it’s important, and how it helps improve health, performance and longevity metrics.

Plus we’ll give you actionable ways to include them into a program for 2-3x per week clients (aka our bread and butter!) Sneak peak…this is the 6×6 Method.

Developed by injury prevention expert Dr. John Rusin, The Lifelong Performance Programming Certification is an integrated training system for optimizing performance without sacrificing health.

THE PAIN-FREE PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST COURSE IS APPROVED FOR:

  • 15 (1.5) Continuing Education Units through the American Council On Exercise (ACE)
  • 16 (1.6) Continuing Education Units through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • Physical Therapy and Chiropractic CEUs vary by state (please email us for more info)
